Welcome to Blue Street (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services offered by Blue Street.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Customer”, “User”, “You”, “Your” – Any person using the Website or purchasing Products.

“Order” – A request to purchase Products from our Website.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an Order does not automatically mean that the Order has been accepted.

An Order will generally be considered confirmed when:

You receive an Order Confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication; and
Payment has been successfully processed for prepaid Orders.

Blue Street reserves the right to cancel an Order, including after confirmation, due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues
Incorrect customer information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a prepaid Order is cancelled by Blue Street, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled Order will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

We may accept payments through available payment methods, including:

UPI
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Blue Street does not directly store sensitive payment information such as complete card details.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch and deliver Orders within the estimated delivery timeline displayed on the Website or communicated to you.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

Logistics or courier delays
Incorrect or incomplete address information
High order volumes
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Unforeseen circumstances
Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery timelines are indicative and may not always be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Blue Street will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

8. CANCELLATIONS

By Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an Order before it has been shipped.

Once an Order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the Customer may be eligible for a return or exchange according to our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

Blue Street reserves the right to cancel an Order due to:

Incorrect or incomplete information
Payment failure
Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Violation of our policies

Where applicable, refunds for cancelled prepaid Orders will be initiated to the original payment method.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Blue Street aims to provide quality Products and a satisfactory shopping experience.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted where:

The Product received is defective.
The Product was damaged during delivery.
The wrong Product was delivered.
The Product received is materially different from the Product ordered.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within the period specified in our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The Product must be unused and unworn.
The Product must be in its original condition.
Tags and labels should remain attached.
The Product should be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
The Customer may be required to provide photographs or videos for verification.

Products that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged by the Customer, or otherwise used may not qualify for return or exchange.

For clothing products, customers are responsible for checking the size chart before placing an Order.

Refunds, where applicable, will generally be processed after the returned Product has been received and inspected.

10. WARRANTY

Certain Products may carry manufacturer warranties, where specifically stated on the Product page.

Warranty terms, duration, and coverage will depend on the respective Product or manufacturer.

11. USER CONTENT

Customers may submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content, provided that such content:

Is truthful and lawful.
Does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Does not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or offensive material.
Does not contain misleading or fraudulent information.

Blue Street reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support or mutual discussion, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India, subject to applicable law.
